2. Our catalogue and enquiries

Our website is a catalogue. The products shown are examples of equipment we source and supply. Prices shown are for reference only and are not a binding offer. To buy, you send an enquiry (contact form or WhatsApp) and we provide a quote.

3. Orders and quotes

A contract is formed only when we confirm your order in writing and you accept our quote. We may decline any enquiry.

4. Prices, payment and deposit

Prices are quoted per package. Unless agreed otherwise, orders require a deposit before production or shipping, with the balance due before dispatch. Taxes and duties may apply depending on destination.

5. Delivery and customs

Delivery terms are agreed per order (typically DAP). Import duties, VAT and customs clearance are the buyer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise in the quote.

6. Condition and warranty

Equipment is supplied in its described condition. Any warranty is as set out in your quote or order confirmation.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of the relevant order.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia and disputes are subject to the Estonian courts.
