The Technogym Selection Pro Leg Curl is a premier selectorized machine designed to isolate and strengthen the hamstring muscles. While it comes in both Seated and Prone (lying) versions, the Seated Leg Curl is the more popular choice in the Selection Pro line due to its superior comfort, ease of entry, and better stabilization of the pelvis.
