Unlike fixed-stride ellipticals, the FlexStrider allows users to instantly change their stride length from 0 to 36 inches (0 to 91 cm), enabling a seamless transition between short stepping motions, walking, and full-speed running.
The Discover SE Console features a 19-inch high-definition touchscreen that serves as a complete entertainment and training hub. It includes Lifescape™ interactive courses, where the machine’s resistance automatically adjusts to match the virtual terrain of global hiking and running trails. With At-Your-Fingertips controls located on the moving handlebars, users can easily adjust resistance and stride settings without pausing their workout, while the FitPower™ display provides real-time feedback on workout efficiency.
